- Avoid new geographies where we are not fully aware of the variables
- Fully exploit opportunities in our geographies where we are very strong and have good relationships
- Venture into adjacent geographies after setting up ‘feeler’ projects
- When the markets are in a churn, it is not advisable to take ‘wanton’ risks
- Any contrarian risks must be well deliberated and downside evaluated
